First off, a thank you to Adult Empire for the English forum as requested. There is so much information in Russian and I find it a shame not to be able to learn from what has already been posted. An English forum will go a long way in filling in the blanks once it starts filling up. I have dabbled with the Russian language, and would like to emerse myself, but I know so little still at this point.

Now onto my request... I'm a veteran webmaster who has been active on the net since 1998. Previous to that, I dabbled with the Internet. And before then, I operated a 2 line dial up adult BBS, which I initially set up back in 1989. Since then, I have accumulated a fairly robust portfolio of domains with an emphasis on keyword and type-in value. I have also been working on a cooperative adult network, which includes tgp and tgp2 distribution services and an Adult SE which is about to go commercial with priority listings and a marketing affiliate program of its own. All in all, I've been a fairly busy guy.

Even with all of the above, like so many in the industry, revenue has been sliding, mainly due to content over saturation, which is one reason why I am entrenched in the TGP2 community. Up until now, I have been mainly involved as a reseller in regards to Adult Empire (which I promote mainly through PinkRussian.com and MenstrualErotica.com) and other sponsors. In an effort to boost my revenue, I'm now designing 3 sites which I will be committing to AVS style programs, and I'm finding myself torn between Porn Access (Gamma) and Adult Empire.

The site I'm now working on is CarnalErotica.com, which I was going to commit to Porn Access, but I'm not entirely happy with the video selection of Porn Access since Carnal means Amateur IMHO. The only reasons I'm considering them is that they are Canadian (which I am) and I always receive my payouts within 3 business days after pay periods, which can make a huge difference when it comes to paying the bills.

An unfinished version of the CarnalErotica.com design can be seen at www.gynocash.com/carnalerotica2/

Today, I just picked up MasturbationLand.com, which I will be using for a Masturbation site. I'm also thinking of moving superXXXpass.com over, which is currently just a promo page.

Any way, I would like some feedback from current Adult Empire site owners regarding their experience with Adult Empire, as well as any thoughts on my issue. This is my first foray into the AVS style market (yes, I know, Adult Empire is not an AVS) and I'm just not sure which way to swing. I do know that Adult Empire has good conversion ratios from my experience thus far as a reseller, even though much of my time is spent on network building and services. While kind of broad and vague, any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks a bunch folks. Spaciba :dirol:

Hello
thanks for your interesting intro

how can I find best way to making money with AE? (c)
=) it's very very old question which we regularly receive from our adverts.

And every time we say to them "Try try and try to find your best scheme"

Smb likes create sites for resellers with good ratio and get money without sending any traffic. BTW they often get sales from AE main page ;)
Smb likes generate traffic and making sales.
Most clever adverts use both methods =)

As I can see you want to create sites.
Most important thing in this process is CONTENT.
Content rules over this world =)
it must be very interesting and hot then sales will make you happy

Usually adverts create sites using ordinary mainstream content and wait for big money - it's a big mistake
users don't like that cause they have already seen it at tubes and TV

You should have a good marketing abilities. you should know what users need for.
Then result will be good.

It's very easy things but a few people understand that.

I hope my answer help you.

May be our adverts will write theirs thoughts about it here... may be =)

AE sold quite well for me about a year ago when I started. All I needed to do was send traffic and sales and rebills grew. Then about 6 months ago it started dying on the vine. I know my marketing skills but the first thing I noticed was oversaturation of the niches I was promoting. Also some sites not having enough FHGs to promote and the picture and movie galleries not acceptable to most TGPs and MGPs. 3 minimum movies and 12-14 minimum pictures.

So many sites that would sell don't because their promo doesn't qualify.

That and the language barrier makes AE more difficult to manage and promote.

Why you didn't try to create your own galleries for posting using content from AE galleries?
As I know TGP and MGP don't accept FHG. You have to put recipient links to them.
I know many adverts who use this way to promote AE.

What do you mean talking about language barrier?
We glad to get answer on our forum for every advert, even if hi will be from other galaxy =)

I primarily market my own content (3D) and so far AE works great for me.
My income steadily increased since i started last year (although it seems
like i lost a lot of rebills the last days :( )

I followed some kind a 'build and forget' plan so far, creating a king site
targeting a narrow sub-niche, sending traffic to it and moving on to the
next site. Like i said, that scheme worked great for me, but now i wonder
if creating bigger, less narrow sites and updating them periodically would
even work better?

Hi Boonestoons (http://www.aepartnership.com/forum/member.php?u=5775)

Over saturation is a major problem on the adult web right now, there's just too much free stuff getting people off without paying, and most sponsors are just making the situation worse with the onslaught of FHG content that is available. If you are looking to help change the situation and reclaim some of the good old days, then you can join us on tgp2base.com, where support to AE TGP2 webmasters is available.

We had an AE button up, but had to take it down due to some content concerns that were expressed by members, but we still provide support.

I have not been able to fully exploit AE yet, but I'm working on it. I have a couple excellent domains which I will be using as entry sites for my own AE sites, but I'm so friggin busy. The response I have experienced through my PinkRussian.com site is promising though, and I look forward not only to increasing my traffic conversions with AE, but also spending more time on the AE board.

The only thing that can be done to regain sales is to change tactics. Remove old galleries that no longer produce, and get new ones up. Don't rely on FHG content, create your own. Well designed blogs and other traffic generators are excellent substitutes for over saturated gallery content. Generate more quality pages, don't be cheep. There is still a lot of money to be made, this will always be the case, but the web is getting bigger and bigger, and it's getting harder to be seen. The only way to stay alive is to get more pages out there. And always remember, content is king and quality counts. Take it from a guy who has been doing this for 10 years now, there are so many things that we can do, it's just a matter of doing it.

I see two problems here.

1. Removing old galleries can cause traffic loss on your partners sites.

2. All this ideas will take no any effect untill tubes provide full time content taken directly from memberzones for free.
